About The Role

DNEG is looking for a proactive and professional Front Office Executive to manage reception operations and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless workplace experience for employees, clients, candidates, and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk and reception activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Greet and assist clients, candidates, vendors, and employees.
  • Handle incoming calls, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with office security protocols.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
  • Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, pantry inventory, and stationery requirements.
  • Support HR and Administration teams with interview coordination, onboarding logistics, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and company initiatives.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
  • Ensure reception and common areas are maintained to a high standard at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, or Administration roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in a media, entertainment, animation, VFX, gaming, or creative studio environment.
  • Exposure to facilities coordination and workplace administration.
