Your Role- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Sales systems such as CRM, CPQ, Lead Management, and Forecasting tools.
- Translate business needs into user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure high‑value delivery through data‑driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales leaders, Sales Ops, IT, and cross‑functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Lead Agile execution, including sprint planning, UAT, release readiness, and deployment of high‑quality features and integrations.
- Oversee change management, ensure adoption of new capabilities, and continuously optimize sales processes, data integrity, and reporting.
- 5–10 years of experience across CRM, pipeline, forecasting, CPQ, and order management and Lead Product Management for Sales systems.
- Design and enhance Sales processes using packaged solutions (e.g., Salesforce), SaaS platforms, and custom applications.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (VP/EVP level), demonstrating strong communication, political awareness, and client‑facing skills.
- Drive Agile delivery with strong analytical, prioritization, and strategic thinking skills, translating business needs into product capabilities.
- Support global Sales functions through business advisory, user‑centric design, and roadmap creation to improve Sales tools and engagement.
- Be responsible for driving the product vision and roadmap for enterprise Sales systems, including CRM, CPQ, Lead Management, and Forecasting platforms.
- Collaborate with global Sales, Sales Ops, IT, and cross‑functional teams to align technology solutions with strategic business objectives.
- Clear career progression paths from engineering roles to architecture and consulting.
- Be part of mission-critical projects that ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency for Fortune 500 clients.
