AI Stylist
Job Description
About the Role:
We're looking for a tech-curious fashion enthusiast who knows their drapes from drop shadows and can prompt an AI like a pro. As an AI Stylist, your job is to test AI tools, craft category- and occasion-specific prompts, and evaluate AI-generated visuals for styling accuracy, aesthetic appeal, and brand consistency.
This is where runway meets the render engine — and you're in charge of styling the machine!
Key Responsibilities:
Prompt Crafting: Design and refine text/image prompts to generate hyper-relevant fashion visuals across categories like ethnic, western, fusion, athleisure, etc.
Tool Testing: Actively test AI-powered tools (e.g., background generators, face swaps, AI stylists, image-to-video tools) for accuracy, style quality, and versatility.
Style Curation: Evaluate outputs against fashion sensibilities like color coordination, draping, occasion-appropriateness, and trend alignment.Visual QC: Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to enhance AI outputs and provide feedback on where manual touch-ups are needed.
Feedback Loops: Provide structured insights to the AI and product teams to improve model performance and style accuracy.
Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on fashion trends and infuse fresh aesthetics into AI content via moodboards and reference prompts.
What You'll Need:
Fashion Know-How: Background in fashion styling, fashion design, or fashion content creation.Photoshop Proficiency: Ability to spot visual inconsistencies and fine-tune images if needed.
Prompting Skills: Experience with generative AI tools is a huge plus.
Eye for Detail: Ability to identify what makes a look work (or not) for a given context.
Strong Aesthetic Judgment: You get brand tonality, know how to adapt style for demographics, and can visualize outputs before the AI even renders them.
Collaborative Energy: Will work closely with content, creative, and tech teams. Bonus if you speak both moodboard and matrix.
