You will be responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers, handling baggage, and performing various other duties to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
• Handle check-in procedures, issue boarding passes, and assist with seat assignments
• Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities
• Communicate with flight crew and ground control to coordinate flight schedules
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
