Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions using SAP GRC tools.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP GRC implementations and operations.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
