The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, covering server and network components, and works both remotely and onsite. Daily activities include performing initial and intermediate troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges and maintaining system stability to support business operations effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure seamless integration and support of technology solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance service reliability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of operating system-level support across server and network components.
- Ability to perform L1 and L2 level technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with hardware and software support processes within defined operating models.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
