We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative (telesales) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads through effective communication and follow-up. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a telesales or sales role are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads.
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer queries effectively.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients over the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
