Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand local real estate trends, and building a pipeline of prospective clients.The Business Development Associate will conduct presentations and property walkthroughs, explain service offerings, and support negotiations to close deals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and delivering consistent, professional communication to clients and partners.
The role offers a salary up to 4 LPA, with performance-based growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, with a focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and building client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including analyzing local real estate trends and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess clear, confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Relevant skills such as basic sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM) proficiency are beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience or internships in sales or business development.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
