Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Execution- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at Oil & Gas / Refinery project sites.
- Ensure execution of civil works as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Handle manpower planning, deployment, and productivity at site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Support site coordination activities for project execution.
- Ensure all civil works comply with quality standards and project specifications.
- Enforce safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain construction quality.
