Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to gain hands-on experience working with data management systems. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and supporting daily administrative operations.

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems
• Verify data accuracy and correct inconsistencies
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records
• Perform regular data quality checks and validations
• Assist in generating reports and basic data analysis
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely data updates
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.

• Familiarity with data management software or CRM tools
• Good communication skills
