Role Overview
The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across the full employee lifecycle for teams based in India and Europe (excl. CZ and IT). This role ensures consistent and efficient HR operations, supports regional compliance requirements, and enables a positive employee experience.Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance & Payroll, and local leadership teams, the HR Administrator will manage day‑to‑day HR processes, maintain accurate HR data, and assist in the delivery of HR programs and initiatives across multiple time zones.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable navigating global HR practices. They will play a key role in ensuring HR documentation, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and policy administration are executed with accuracy and efficiency.This position requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work with sensitivity to differing employment laws and practices across India and European countries.

Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with country-specific requirements.
- Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, employment variations, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
- Manage HR inboxes and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support policy administration and ensure documents are up to date, version-controlled, and accessible.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including document collection, background checks, induction scheduling, and systems access requests.
- Liaise with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
- Support offboarding including exit tracking, system deactivations, final settlement coordination, and exit interview logistics.
- Assist with probation reviews, contract renewals, promotions, and other employee changes.
- Support management of leave records, attendance, and benefit administration where applicable.
- Track and coordinate learning activities, compliance training, and mandatory certifications.
- Ensure alignment with employment laws across India and relevant European countries.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and local data protection regulations.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives (engagement surveys, performance cycles, recognition programs, wellbeing activities).
- Assist in coordinating HR events, training sessions, and communications.
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, compliance metrics).
Requirements
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Experience supporting India and/or Europe HR practices is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Cornerstones, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of HR documentation requirements and data privacy regulations (GDPR).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cultural awareness.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Organised, prioritizing skills, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to support employees across geographies.
- Experience working in a distributed, multicultural team.
- Knowledge of European employment practices (UK, Germany, France, etc.).
- Familiarity with Indian statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, onboarding compliance).
- Ability to operate effectively across time zones.
- Accuracy and timeliness of HR data and documentation.
