We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to deliver personalized in-home product demonstrations and create exceptional buying experiences for families. This role combines field sales and customer engagement, where you will interact directly with customers, understand their requirements, showcase products, and drive on-the-spot conversions.The ideal candidate should be confident, warm, persuasive, and comfortable building trust with customers during face-to-face interactions. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, representing the brand professionally, and contributing to business growth through consultative selling.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Visit customers’ homes for scheduled product demonstrations and consultations.
- Conduct engaging and personalized product presentations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable products and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
- Drive direct sales conversions during customer interactions and demos.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain records of customer visits, demos conducted, leads generated, and sales closures.
- Represent the brand positively and ensure a seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-through.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Confidence in conducting face-to-face product demonstrations and closing sales.
- Target-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Comfortable interacting with families and understanding customer requirements effectively.
- Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and demos.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
