Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, reporting, and financial planning within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience in real estate finance, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally/ERP systems.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, cash flow reports, budgets, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely vendor payments, client collections, and financial follow-ups.
- Manage GST, TDS, RERA compliance, and other statutory requirements in coordination with CAs and auditors.
- Conduct purchase audits and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for funding requirements and loan processes.
- Prepare financial models, project feasibility reports, and cash flow projections for real estate projects.
- Support fundraising activities, lender reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with HR, legal, operations, and project teams as required.
- Monitor financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, RERA, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively.

- Experience in real estate accounting and CRM coordination.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and financial planning abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience handling audits, project finance, and vendor management.
