Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to detect and analyze system anomalies.
Ability to work with logs, scripts, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of issues.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in maintaining and supporting critical business applications in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
