We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant/HR Executive to join our overseas recruitment team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and International Recruitment.

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for overseas manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and recruitment updates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support the processing of recruitment documentation, including applications, offer letters, and visa-related paperwork.
• Assist in onboarding and mobilization activities for selected candidates.
• Handle employee and candidate inquiries related to recruitment and HR processes.
• Maintain attendance records and assist with general HR administrative functions.
• Support the organization of recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and client interview sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and overseas recruitment procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
