What would you do? We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, while driving the execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns.You will leverage your experience in digital marketing to manage a diverse set of channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content, etc.) to grow our brand presence and generate leads

What are we looking for? • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
Develop strategies to generate leads through digital channels, optimizing landing pages and funnels for better conversion rates. Focus on maximizing the customer acquisition and retention journey.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to interpret and act on data insights (Google Analytics, A/B testing, etc.).
- Knowledge of content marketing, UX/UI best practices, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools.
- Creative thinking with a focus on measurable results.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles
- Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
- May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
- The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
- May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
- Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
- Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
- Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
