Relationship ManagerLooking for 2018-2023 pass out candidates in banking sector.Age :22 to 27 yearsQualification:Graduates: BSC & Specialization ,BCOM, Bachelor Degree in Business or Management System.Job DescriptionResponsible for ensuring the adherence of KYC documents as per the guidelines by the company Good written & verbal communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Responsible for empanelment of channel and acquiring the customers for Home Loan from open market and developer relationships Responsible for Smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre sanction processing of loan, sanction, post sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service Ability to liaison & follow up with customers, channels and internal stakeholders.

Responsible for ensuring the proper completion of the files within timeline as per the company checklist Ability to manage relationships to improve relationship value of existing Clients Experience in building and maintaining long term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues for the organization Aptitude towards delivering high quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skills Decision making skills with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure Ensure compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements
