Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
Should have experience in Blue printing, Fit -gap analysis , RICEF finalizationShould have Implementation experience in 2 to 3 SAP projects , Should have worked on RICEF functional designs
Knowledge of Retail functionalities like Retail Master date (Article/hierarchies / Site /BP) , Assortment/Purchase Costing / Promotion / Sourcing / Retail pricing / fulfillment and allocation
Good To Have Skills: Implementation Experience in Retail Industry
Strong understanding of software development lifecycleExposure to green field implementation will be an added advantage.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
