QA Engineer + Project Manager (2-3 YoE)

Job Description

Salary: ₹3.0L – ₹4.0L per annum

• Own end-to-end testing functional, regression, integration, and exploratory across web and API surfaces
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports that engineers actually understand and act on
• Plan and manage sprints set sprint goals, track progress, run standups, and remove blockers
• Maintain and groom the backlog break down tasks, assign priorities, and keep the board current
• Coordinate between QA, engineering, and product to make sure nothing ships before it's ready
• Define and document test cases, acceptance criteria, and QA sign-off processes

• 2-3 years of hands-on QA experience you know testing methodology, not just clicking around
• Solid hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum sprint planning, velocity tracking
• Comfortable with project management tools Notion, or similar
• Strong verbal communication in English
• Ability to work across both QA and PM responsibilities without losing depth in either
• Attention to detail that borders on obsessive you catch what others miss

• Experience with test automation tools Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar
• API testing experience with Postman or similar tools
