Key Deliverables:
- Drive area growth by ensuring adherence to SOPs and improving restaurant ratings.
- Monitor and manage P&L by optimizing food, labor, and operational costs.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
- Implement training and development plans to enhance team performance and reduce attrition.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic reviews with Pod Managers and provide actionable feedback.
- Analyze backend and forecasting data to ensure ingredient availability and minimize spillage.
- Lead safety initiatives and implement CAPA based on RCA findings.
- Identify and execute process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
