Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced individual to join a fast-paced environment and support a significant increase in deliverables. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets to the marketing team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between the product team and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), ensuring clear communication and securing necessary sign-offs at every stage of a project.
• Process Improvement: Help to establish and enforce streamlined processes for the delivery of marketing-related assets, particularly in relation to the design system and UI handoffs.
• Production Oversight: Manage the production of various assets, including static and motion for the Android ecosystem, with a focus on enforcing proper timelines and realistic expectations.
• QA Screens: QA product screens against the design system to ensure that assets align with several UX design system libraries for final marketing assets.
• Request Management: Effectively evaluate and, when necessary, decline unreasonable requests from stakeholders, advocating for the product team's scope and capacity.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Previous experience working with or at an advertising agency is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with advertising production processes, including video production.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
