Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.What are we looking for? The Recruitment Senior Analyst manages the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and hiring levels. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent mapping, sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes efficiently.
Partners closely with business leaders, HR, and external stakeholders to support organizational growth through effective recruitment delivery.

- Act as first point of escalation for people-related matters
- Drive team engagement, morale, and retention
- Manage sourcing for frontline, temporary, and professional roles
- Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, alumni networks, direct sourcing, and talent communities
- Review, validate, and finalize requisitions with hiring managers, confirming hiring approach, assessment method, compensation, and start dates
- Assess recurring or high-volume hiring needs (e.g., hourly, campus, graduate roles)
- Configure pre-screening and pre-qualification questions
- Identify and match candidates in line with collective agreements or legislation where applicable
- Source from internal talent networks and existing candidate databases
- Leverage analytics and social insights to improve referral sourcing outcomes
- Support contractor-to-employee conversion hiring
- Support team members with candidate management as required
- Maintain strong understanding of recruitment metrics (SLA, OLA, KPI) and improve measurement effectiveness
- Liaise with Service Management teams on client performance reporting
- Ensure service delivery meets SLA commitments
- Manage delivery escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans are current and tested
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time, cost, and improve quality and candidate experience
- Maintain dashboards, visual management tools, and process controls
- Partner with Business Excellence teams to support Operational Excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with Local IT on recruitment technology issues
- Participate in internal and client initiatives and governance forums
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
- Ensure adequate staffing and skill alignment
- Set goals, manage performance, and prepare scorecards
