We're Hiring - Influencer Marketing Intern (Paid)

At LaFetch, we're building a fashion-first marketplace that brings India's best homegrown brands to customers within 60 minutes. Content, creators, and community sit at the heart of everything we do, and that's where you come in.

We're looking for someone who lives on Instagram, understands what works, and knows how to spot creators before they blow up.

• Working closely with the marketing team to identify the right influencers for different collections and product drops
• Finding and shortlisting influencers across Instagram (and other platforms) who align with LaFetch's vibe
• Exploring similar pages/brands to understand what kind of content is working and which creators are driving it
• Coordinating with influencer marketing agencies (including partners like Salt Buzz) to source and onboard creators
• Reaching out to influencers directly or through agencies for collaborations
• Sharing clear deliverables with influencers, what we need, how we need it, and timelines
• Managing communication between influencers, agencies, and the internal team
• Tracking budgets and helping us get the best creators within our spend
• Keeping a constant pipeline of new and relevant influencers ready for upcoming campaigns

• Someone who spends a lot of time on Instagram/Reels and understands trends instinctively
• Strong eye for content, you can tell what will perform and what won't
• Good communication skills (you'll be talking to creators and agencies regularly)
• Organised and proactive, you don't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in fashion, content, and creator culture

• Have worked with influencers before (even on a small scale)
• Understand pricing, negotiations, or campaign planning
• Have experience with outreach or coordination

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing and brand building
• Exposure to real campaigns, creators, and agencies
• A fast-moving environment where your ideas actually get implemented
