As complexity increases across revenue streams, customer operations, and supply‑side partnerships, the organisation is seeking a hands‑on Finance Controller to bring structure, governance, and commercial insight to support sustainable growth.

Job Description

The Finance Controller will be responsible for leading core finance controllership and planning activities, including:

• Full finance controllership and FP&A ownership, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly outlooks, and medium‑term planning.
• Monthly management reporting, variance analysis, margin analysis, revenue mix, cash flow, working capital, and inventory performance.
• Ensuring statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance, including coordination with internal and external auditors.
• Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, fixed assets, inventory controls, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller for this role should have:

• CA qualification.
• 5-10 years of experience in finance controllership, preferably within start-up environments.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, tax frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Hands‑on experience in FP&A, month‑end close, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑growing, dynamic organisations.
