Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a proactive and methodical Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality function, drive a zero-defect culture, manage audits, and maintain compliance with global quality standards for a leading fasteners manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of inspectors across incoming, in-process, and final stages
• Drive near-zero rejection and rework through preventive quality systems
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA
• Manage customer and third-party audits with full audit readiness
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, OHSAS, and EHS standards
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure of quality issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing (fasteners/automotive preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Proficiency in 7 QC Tools, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a hands-on shop-floor approach
