Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Dealer Sales Executive to manage and expand our dealer/distributor network for the East of Kailash showroom. The candidate will be responsible for dealer relationship management, business development, product promotion, order generation, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Dealer & Distributor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Regularly visit dealers and market areas to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Support dealers with product information, catalogues, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners.
- Promote new product launches and increase product visibility in the market.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, architects, contractors, and electricians.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Share market feedback and customer requirements with management.
- Suggest strategies for improving dealer engagement and sales growth.
- Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with internal departments such as dispatch, accounts, and after-sales for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding follow-up from dealers.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, and CRM updates.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of dealer/channel sales.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Emails).
- Strong market networking capability.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Lighting, Electrical, Hardware, Building Material, Interior, or related industries preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and market visits.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Local market knowledge of Delhi/NCR preferred.
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- MBA/Marketing candidates will be an added advantage.
