Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cutting-edge trading strategies utilizing mathematical models and statistical techniques.
• Conduct quantitative research and analysis to identify profitable opportunities in financial markets.
• Collaborate with the trading team to optimize existing algorithms and develop new trading models.
• Utilize mathematical and statistical tools to analyze market data and assess the performance of trading strategies.
• Write efficient, high-performance code in C++ to implement trading algorithms and analytical tools.
• Conduct backtesting and simulation studies to evaluate the robustness and effectiveness of trading strategies.

Required Skills

[Algorithmic Trading]

• 2+ years of experience and a Computer Science degree from a premier institute
• A high level of proficiency in Python or C++ is a must
• Previous experience working with data and/or creating data modeling tools, developing software to address data processing challenges, or working in a quantitative model development role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in data structures and algorithms, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience in high-frequency trading or algorithmic trading research is a plus.
