Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager with 25-27 years of experience in SAP Project Management, AMS (Application Management Services) support, and IT service delivery leadership. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing large-scale SAP AMS projects, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for SAP and AMS support projects, ensuring seamless operations and high service quality.
• Lead SAP Project Management efforts, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and delivery of AMS and transformation initiatives.
• Manage AMS support services, focusing on SLA adherence, incident resolution, and problem management.
• Implement ITIL best practices for service management, including incident, change, and release management.
• Drive operational efficiency improvements, leveraging automation, analytics, and continuous service enhancement methodologies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and IT service objectives.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and proactive service management.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in IT service operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 25-27 years of experience in Service Delivery, SAP Project Management, and AMS Support.
• Extensive expertise in managing large-scale SAP AMS environments and enterprise IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, service governance, and continuous service improvement strategies.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive IT-business alignment.
• Hands-on experience in incident management, problem resolution, and service optimization.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
