We are seeking an experienced and proactive ManageEngine Endpoint Central Specialist (formerly Desktop Central) to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the ManageEngine environment.You will also serve as the vital bridge between the customer and the OEM/vendor teams, ensuring seamless communication, robust issue tracking, and timely service delivery.

- Experience: 5+ Years
- Location: Mount Road, Chennai (On-site)
- Employment Type: Contract Role
- Shift/Schedule: Regular Shift, Monday to Friday
- Environment Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of the ManageEngine Endpoint Central platform.
- Endpoint Operations: Manage patch management, software distribution, asset management, and OS deployment across the infrastructure.
- System Health: Regularly monitor system performance, perform health checks, and ensure the ManageEngine environment is updated and secure.
- OEM Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between the customer and the ManageEngine OEM/vendor technical support teams.
- Escalation Management: Escalate complex technical bugs or feature requests to the vendor and follow up diligently until resolution.
- Client Interface: Lead customer communications regarding system updates, ongoing incidents, and project milestones.
- Issue Tracking: Document, track, and maintain accurate records of all customer queries, system issues, and service requests.
- Service Delivery: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all support deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
- Deep, hands-on experience (5+ years) specifically working with ManageEngine Desktop Central / Endpoint Central.
- Strong understanding of core IT infrastructure components including Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proficiency in managing and patching diverse endpoints (Windows, macOS, and Linux).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to interface directly with corporate clients.
- Coordination: Excellent project coordination skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and drive vendor accountability.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset to diagnose technical issues and coordinate effective workarounds or permanent fixes.
