EYP Coordinator

The coordinator will act as a pedagogical leader, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes, fostering a nurturing and engaging environment, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a balance of academic leadership, operational oversight, and strategic vision to create a holistic and impactful early learning experience.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the Early Years Programme, ensuring alignment with IB philosophy and educational best practices
• Drive high standards of teaching, learning outcomes, and student development across early years classrooms
• Build and nurture a positive school culture aligned with the institution’s mission, values, and learning goals
• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement for early childhood education
• Collaborate with senior leadership on resource planning, budgeting, and effective utilization of facilities
• Ensure compliance with IB guidelines, as well as national and local educational standards
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, community members, and external education bodies
• Monitor and evaluate instructional effectiveness, student progress, and overall program success
• Support, mentor, and guide teaching staff to enhance instructional quality and professional development
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall learning experience and program delivery

• Strong background in early childhood education with a deep understanding of IB frameworks and pedagogy
• Proven leadership experience in managing academic programs and leading teaching teams
• Ability to create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with parents and educational communities
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities to manage operations efficiently
• Passion for child development and creating engaging, age-appropriate learning environments
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance academic goals and operational execution
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire teams
• High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
