About Our Client
Our client is a global infrastructure investment manager with a diversified presence across sectors, operating through a strong international platform.
Job Description- Draft and review NDAs, commercial agreements, and ancillary documentation (multi-jurisdictional exposure preferred).
- Support PE / M&A / asset management transactions including documentation and coordination.
- Monitor compliance, regulatory tracking, and maintain corporate records and governance documentation.
- Conduct legal research, prepare summaries, and manage legal trackers and documentation.
- Work closely with global stakeholders across regions on legal and governance matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Paralegal should have:
- A degree in law or a related field from a recognised institution.
- LLB qualified with 3 -8 years of PQE
- Experience across contracts, transactions (PE/M&A), and corporate governance.
- Background from law firms / PE / financial institutions / GCC / LPO setups preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-border stakeholders.
