Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms.
You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to implement technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. Your role will also include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring that configured services operate effectively within a defined operating model and processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Strong understanding of server and network infrastructure.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating system-level technology implementations.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
