We are looking for a highly creative Content Creator & Video Editor who can blend storytelling, aesthetics, and performance-driven content into visually compelling brand experiences. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern social media culture, knows how to create scroll-stopping creatives, and can transform concepts into premium content that drives engagement and conversions.
As part of a fast-growing design-first lifestyle brand, you will work on creating high-performing ad creatives, social media content, product videos, and visually rich campaigns that reflect a refined and modern brand identity. You should be someone who not only edits exceptionally well but also thinks like a creator — understanding audience attention, hooks, retention, and the psychology behind performance content.
This role requires strong execution skills, creative taste, and the ability to work quickly in a high-output startup environment. Candidates with prior D2C brand experience, especially in lifestyle, fashion, home decor, or consumer brands, will have a strong advantage.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Create and edit high-performance video creatives for Meta and other digital platforms.
- Develop visually compelling social media content aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling style.
- Produce engaging product videos, catalog visuals, reels, and campaign edits.
- Translate creative references and briefs into polished, premium-quality outputs.
- Optimize videos for stronger hooks, retention, engagement, and conversion performance.
- Experiment with AI-based content creation tools and workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns and content strategies.
- Maintain consistency in visual language, brand identity, and storytelling across all content formats.
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve creative outputs based on performance insights and audience response.
- Stay updated with evolving social media trends, editing styles, and content formats.
- Strong expertise in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.
- Excellent understanding of composition, pacing, storytelling, transitions, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to create premium-looking content that balances branding with performance marketing goals.
- Strong understanding of Meta ads, short-form video trends, and performance-driven creative strategy.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn simple ideas into visually impactful content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with quick turnarounds and multiple iterations.
- Interest in AI-powered creative workflows and emerging content tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual standards consistently.
- Experience working with D2C brands, lifestyle brands, or home decor content is highly preferred.
- Understanding of what makes products stand out in crowded social feeds and competitive digital environments.
