Job Description
  • Own and grow automotive OEM and Tier 1 business across South India
  • Develop and execute regional sales and account strategies
  • Build senior relationships with OEM engineering, purchasing, and plant teams
  • Drive new approvals, platform wins, and long-term partnerships
  • Promote value-based and application-led lubrication solutions
  • Coordinate with technical, service, and supply chain teams
  • Track market trends, new model launches, and competitor activity
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in automotive OEM or Tier‑1 sales
  • Strong understanding of OEM approval, sourcing, and engineering processes
  • Background in technical or solution-based B2B selling
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India
