Role Description
The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site operations, ensuring project plans are executed effectively and timelines are met. Responsibilities include supervising workers, coordinating tasks with contractors and vendors, ensuring safety standards are followed, and regularly reporting progress to project management.The role requires monitoring quality control, resource allocation, and tracking project timelines to ensure adherence to specifications. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of project management, team supervision, and resource allocation
- Proficient in reading blueprints, design plans, and construction documents
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage on-site challenges effectively
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in construction and interior projects
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work seamlessly with teams, contractors, and clients
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus
- Relevant experience in supervising interior design or construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
