Role Overview – Senior Manager / Chief Manager- Corporate Communications, Capri Global Ventures.

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with business priorities and growth ambitions
• Shape and strengthen the group's brand narrative, positioning, and voice across all external and internal platforms
• Act as an advisor to leadership on communication priorities, messaging, and reputation management

• Build and nurture relationships with key media, journalists, and industry influencers
• Lead proactive media engagement including press releases, interviews and thought leadership opportunities
• Manage any crisis communication with speed, clarity, and right strategy
• Partner closely with senior leadership to craft high-impact messaging and communication narratives
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment to proactively manage brand perception

• Lead communication strategy for corporate events, announcements, and key milestones
• Ensure seamless execution of press conferences, briefings, and public engagements
• Drive visibility through curated speaking opportunities, media presence, and authored content for management

• Bachler's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Females with 6 - 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles, preferably at a group level
• Experience in managing Lifestyle Media and communications around Sports ventures is preferred
• Proven experience in managing media relations and building brand reputation at scale
• Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and leadership advisory
