Your primary mission is to engineer, execute, and safeguard the operational health, calibration, and cyclic reliability of heavy//-duty injection moulding machinery transforming complex machine sequences into an uninterrupted, high//-efficiency production flow.Acting as the "Machine Asset Anchor," you take direct execution ownership of diagnosing intricate proportional hydraulic valves, troubleshooting programmable logic controller //(PLC//) logic inputs, replacing heavy screw/barrel modules, and resolving robotic automation faults.
Key Skills//: Advanced High//-Pressure Fluid Power Literacy//: Outstanding technical ability to diagnose inner valve leaks or pump performance declines, trace fluid routes, and read intricate hydraulic drawings. Industrial Electronics & Control Controls Competency//: Solid ability to navigate PLC diagnostic screens, isolate short circuits, confirm sensor loops, and safely read electrical circuit drawings.
