What would you do? As a part of client reporting and insights, you would need to do Power Bi based Reporting for different Operational Purposes. MIS reporting by using MS Excel and VBA (macro) at Operational. Ad hoc automation for different Operational requirements.Creating and modifying SQL queries as per requirements based on client and operational use. Performance reporting Data and Trend Analysis to correlate process performance. Supporting Operations team in different types of data analysis with the help of SQL and Power Bi.
Creating salesforce reports for client and operational uses.
Drive performance improvements through automation. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis. Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in cross functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting refers to the process of collecting, processing, & presenting business data to help organizations make informed decisions. It involves using software & tools to transform raw data into meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, & visualizations.
