Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service & Customer Care Representative.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and baggage claim area
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related information
  • Process ticket changes, upgrades, and cancellations
  • Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for passengers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and safety standards
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by going above and beyond to meet their needs Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
