Job Description- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
- Manage and optimize financial reporting systems to provide accurate and timely data.
- Lead financial risk management initiatives and implement effective internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful VP - Finance should have:
- 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Based in/Open to relocate to Chennai.
- Proven experience in the Chemical/B2B Manufacturing industry.
- Experience is assisting with IPO journey.
- Opportunity to work with a large b2b chemical manufacturing organisation.
- Opportunity to lead the entire finance function.
