- MA in Psychology (preferably with specialization in Child Psychology)
- Additional Diploma in Child Psychology is a plus
Certification:
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or any behavior modification techniques is an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years working as a behavior therapist in an intervention center
- Minimum 1+ year experience working with children aged 2–6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement behavior therapy interventions for children
- Monitor and track children's progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and teachers to support consistent development
- Apply evidence-based techniques in behavioral modification
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and outcomes
