What would you do? • Possess good leadership quality, able to manage teams across cities and countries.- Good patience level. Should have a good listener and knows the training skills.
- Should have the confidence while speaking with senior management teams.
- Should have experience in taking sessions for large forums.
- Good command on unique Contract clauses, like COLA, FX, Benchmarking, sweeps clause, step-in clause, insurance, audit ,Termination, limitation of liability , and other financial clauses.
- Should have a clear concept on usage of the above clauses in different scenarios , based on deal construct.
- Good communication skills as team speaks to CAL/TAL and other senior executives on regular basis, from different geographies.
- Should be assertive in communication with the stakeholders.
- Should be able to negotiate the nonstandard clauses with the SAs.
- Should be able to justify the gaps raised by the SME.
- The resource should independently be able to handle the deals on his/her own.
- Good Time management skills.
- Resource should be able to take independent ownership for his/her analysis.
- Should be eager to learn commercial nuances.
- Should be able to communicate with Senior delivery leads (MD/SM level leads).
- Very good command on presentation skills and able to speak with confidence in a forum.
- Should be able to quickly switch himself/herself from one deal to another which are different in scope, OG & geography.
- Experience in reviewing MSA, SOW, License agreements, RFP, Arrangement letters, Letter of Intent etc.
