Job Requirements- 5+ of proven experience as a technical or IT recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Fluent English
- Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., FE, BE, PM, DevOps etc)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.)
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A results-driven and a team player attitude
- Bachelor's degree
- Technical background as a big plus
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using an ATS
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage
- Communicate effectively with candidates
- Stay updated on tech industry trends and hiring best practices
