Required Skills & Experience- 5 –7 years of experience in IT service delivery, delivery management, project coordination, PMO, client coordination, resource coordination, or operations support.
- Experience coordinating delivery for AI solutions, cloud solutions, software implementations, application engineering, technology platform implementations, or full-stack development projects.
- Experience in resource planning, resource allocation, project staffing, and demand forecasting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and escalation management abilities.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, implementation projects, support processes, and delivery governance.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project/task management tools.
- Ability to work with global clients, offshore delivery teams, and internal implementation teams.
