Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE segment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads, pitch services, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development (preferably in events/MICE industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Existing client network in Mumbai is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
