Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage SAP Cloud Integrations (CPI) including pre-packaged and custom integrations.
- Perform SuccessFactors integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Maintain PGP encryption, credentials, and certificates for integration processes.
- Work with web services including SOAP and REST; manage data exchange formats like XML and JSON.
- Use data transformation tools such as JavaScript, XSLT, and Groovy scripting.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.) and related data structures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Manage multiple integration tasks independently and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, present solutions, and collaborate across teams.
