We are currently hiring for the Technical voice Support at our Ambattur (Ambit IT Park),Chennai location.

Job Title: Technical Voice - Voice ProcessExperience Required: Minimum 6 Months experience from Technical voice .
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree/12th Pass

Technical Support Voice Role
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries
- Provide top-tier support to all customers with a goal of first call resolution
- Educate customers on system installation/use, and assist in troubleshooting
- Utilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happiness
- Use problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns
- Outbound calls to current customers to address issues, when needed
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree/12th Pass
Customer Support Voice Role
Responsibilities:
- Build trusting Relationships with customers understanding their needs.
- Minimum 6 Months call center Experience
Retail Experience - Bonus
Notice Period : Immediate Joiner/ 15 Days/30 Days(Neg)Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree/12th Pass
