We are seeking a Branch Relationship Manager (Gold Appraiser) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appraising gold, building client relationships, and providing expert guidance on gold investments. This role requires a strong understanding of the gold market and excellent customer service skills.

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct gold appraisals and ensure accurate assessments of gold purity and value.
• Provide expert advice to clients on gold investment options and market trends.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for gold transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet branch targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor analysis related to gold and precious metals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to gold transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in gold appraisal, valuation, or related financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed assessments of gold.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Proficient in using appraisal tools and software relevant to gold assessment.
• Knowledge of gold market trends and pricing mechanisms.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
