Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive – Air & Sea Freight to join our team in Dwarka, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies, and promoting CMG Worldwide's freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
The Sales Executive will generate new leads, conduct client meetings, prepare freight quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to account development. The role requires close coordination with operations, airline, shipping line, and customs brokerage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and End-to-End Supply Chain business across India and international markets.
Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain industries.
- Knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and International Trade procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and customer visits.
- Experience in preparing freight quotations and negotiating commercial terms.
- Understanding of Incoterms, international shipping processes, and logistics documentation is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Existing relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers, project cargo clients, or industry associations will be an advantage.
