About the Role
We're looking for an AI-native marketer who can leverage modern AI tools to create, test, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns across content, performance, retention, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with growth, understands consumer brands, and uses AI as a force multiplier rather than a shortcut.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative- Use AI tools to generate ad concepts, hooks, scripts, UGC briefs, and campaign ideas.
- Create and iterate high-performing creatives for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for content production and repurposing.
- Analyze winning competitors and identify content trends.
- Support Meta ad campaign creation and optimization.
- Generate multiple ad angles, copy variations, and landing page concepts using AI.
- Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR) and suggest improvements.
- Conduct creative testing and performance analysis.
- Build AI-powered email, WhatsApp, and SMS flows.
- Create personalized customer journeys.
- Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and support conversations to identify opportunities.
- Track competitors, emerging trends, and consumer behavior.
- Use AI tools to generate market intelligence reports.
- Identify influencer and creator partnership opportunities.
- Build AI workflows using tools like Claude, Perplexity, Make, Zapier, and Shopify apps.
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks.
- Create internal SOPs and prompt libraries.
- 1–3 years of marketing, growth, content, or performance marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and DTC e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to data.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Experience with fashion, activewear, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Basic design skills (Canva/Figma).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Increase creative testing velocity by 3–5x.
- Reduce content production turnaround time by 50%.
- Improve ad creative hit rate.
- Build at least 5 AI automations that save team time.
- Contribute to revenue growth through performance and retention initiatives.
